Getting started is easy! Simply review the Exhibitor Prospectus, fill out the Exhibitor Contract and submit your information to Christina Michael. We will be in touch to ensure your participation is seamless from start to finish. Click here to view the Trade Show Floor plan to see what tables are available. *Please note that the tables are reserved regularly and the floor plan document is not updated in real-time. As a result, be prepared to submit up to 4 table options in order of preference.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Policies

Review a complete list of rules and regulations. By completing the Exhibitor Contract, the exhibitor/sponsor agrees to accept and abide by all of the rules and regulations outlined and agrees that any violation of the rules and regulations outlined may result in immediate dismissal from the FHPCA 2026 Annual Forum.
