What Forum Attendees Should Know

We’re super excited to see you in May for the 2012 Forum. Below is some important information you will need to know for the conference, so please be sure to review.

Hilton Orlando

Rooms are filling up fast, so if you haven’t booked your room yet, you’ll want to do that ASAP. Room reservations can be made through Meeting Time Travel.

Things to remember about the hotel:

  1. PARKING: Parking is free for Forum attendees that are staying at the Hilton Orlando. For any attendees that are not staying at the hotel, parking rates are $13.00 for self and $20.00 for valet. Attendees will be required to pay each time they leave the garage.
  2. WIFI: free for Forum attendees.
  3. 24 Hour Fitness Center: free for Forum attendees.

Workshop Handouts

In our ongoing commitment keep Forum a ‘green’ conference, printed workshop handouts will not be available at the conference event. Forum attendees will receive a copy of all Forum handouts on CD-ROM in their conference bags.

Network Volunteers Needed

If you would be interested in helping to facilite your discipline’s Networking Roundtable session, let us know! We could use some volunteers to present the suggested topics, and facilitate the conversation.  As the facilitator, you will not be expected to be the subject matter expert, just good at keeping conversations on track.
