It has also allowed the community better access to our Hospice program by allowing for presentations and seminar sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How can people find out more about your winning program? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We are happy to share resources and ideas with other hospices.
