Heather consults with global organizations and has served as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Head of Learning for Encompass Home Health & Hospice and Enhabit Home Health & Hospice and now brings her 25+ years of experience to help organizations as a keynote speaker and executive advisor.\u202fHeather holds two earned doctorates, a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Doctor of Ministry from Abilene Christian University. Heather is a SHRM-SCP, and a Professional Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
