November is National Hospice & Palliative Care Month and FHPCA wants to hear from you. Send us up to three photos highlighting you, your staff, or your programs hard work and contribution to your community every day. Photo ideas include staff photos, community events, special projects, a beloved volunteer, a new initiative, or “just” a photo capturing the special role hospice and palliative care has in your community. We want to see what you LOVE about working in Hospice. Participants may send up to three (3) photos for submission. Each photo offers one (1) entry for some great prizes.
Submissions should feature:
- Smiling faces and/or action shots
- Your logo or signage
- High resolution images (300dpi, jpeg, png, pdf)

Winners will be notified in mid-December and publicly announced in January! Prizes include:
- One (1) Full Complimentary Registration to the FHPCA Forum 2022, June 2-3 in Orlando;
- One (1) Thursday-only OR Friday-only Registration to the FHPCA Forum 2022, you choose the day;
- One (1) Spa Day Gift Basket…for yourself, or a friend who needs it!
Entries are submitted on behalf of their employer organization to represent the activities and programs provided within their organization. Please submit photos where the subjects have been informed and consented their submission and use. Winning entries will be notified using the primary email contact information on the registration form. Prizes must be assigned to a representative from the winning program by April 1, 2022. Winners need not be located in Florida. No cash equivalent or alternative prizes will be given.
