FHPCA Exhibits and Sponsorship are live! We offer a variety of opportunities in which you can show your support of FHPCA and hospice and palliative care in Florida. If none of the below sponsorships provide your business with the level of exposure you are looking for, we are happy to customize one for you.

For Sponsorship-only participation, a minimum sponsorship of $2,500 must be met to attend the entire Forum. For sponsorships that equal less than $2,500, the sponsor is invited to attend their sponsor event only. Some of our sponsorships are exclusive and some we invite multiple partners to participate. Please feel free to contact the state office for clarification of what’s included in your event of interest.

EXHIBIT
Careful thought has been put into the layout of the Exhibit Hall in order to provide exhibitors maximum exposure and interaction with Forum attendees. The exhibit space is located at the heart of the Forum, just behind the registration desk, with every break, concurrent session and social event happening on or directly adjacent to the show floor.
Conference breaks are similar to the office water cooler; attendees congregate to meet and chat over refreshments. Hospice professionals and industry leaders walking the show floor during FHPCA’s two-day Forum, there are plenty of opportunities to make your product or service known.
Exhibitor fees include a 8×10 booth, table, two chairs, wastebasket, basic signage, admission to the show floor for up to two company representatives, and seven customized drink tickets with your company’s logo.
Exhibitor Booths are sold first come. We have a few booths set aside for Non-Profit organizations but there is very limited availability. Please email Exhibits@floridahospices.org for the most up to date information.

* Additional representatives from your company are welcome to attend, but they must purchase a Floor Pass ($200 per person) prior to the conference. Provide each additional representative’s name, title, and email to exhibits@floridahospices.org.
Floor passes will NOT be sold separately from a booth purchase. Any company representative that attempts to purchase a floor pass or attendee registration will have their money refunded. If a company pursues either of these purchases, they will be banned from future FHPCA events.
