Caring for another person is often one of the most emotional and demanding experiences a person may face in their lifetime. The Caregiving Education and Resource Program at Hospice of St. Francis provides the education and support necessary to “care for the caregiver” – both current and future. At some point in our lives, we will have to be the caregiver for someone. This program consists of a six-one and a half hour classes. The classes are designed to teach caregivers how to care for themselves as they care for others. The training class is offered at no cost to all Brevard County residents.
